If your customer needs to change their shipping address, they can do so on an order that has not been delivered or released for delivery. A fee may apply.
- If their order is currently being shipped to the continental US, you can update the shipping address via UPS My Choice®.
- If their order is currently being shipped to Alaska, Hawai'i, Puerto Rico, or a military base using APO/FPO, you can update the shipping address via USPS Package Intercept®.
