All sales are final. Customers cannot cancel an order, and we do not offer refunds.
The only two exceptions to this are:
- An In-Person delivery order with a secondary delivery option of cancellation that was not approved by the parent within 10 days.
- Incorrect orders/charges due to technical difficulties within Digital Cookie.
If one of your customers believes they have an incorrect order or have been charged incorrectly, please have them contact contact Customer Service.
