To add customers manually (instead of importing), your Girl Scout should click the Add Customers button and she will get a screen for entering information. The only required fields are first and last name. However, to maximize her marketing, she should complete as many of the fields as possible, especially email address. Under the Contacted dropdown menu, if this is a customer she has called or met in-person already, choose "Called," "Emailed," or "Other" to indicate how that customer was contacted. Choose "No" if she has not yet contacted the customer. When she is finished entering information, she should click Add Customer. The customer information will be stored.
